I am selling my 1992 Honda Civic EG Hatchback, 5spd, which has been somewhat prepared for track use but is still streetable and currently plated and insured. It will be sold AS-IS, meaning the buyer will be responsible for obtaining a Saftey Certificate. The car still has a valid E-Test until March 2016 that I will provide (car was safetied and passed E-Test in March 2015). The car is currently stored in-garage on stands for the winter but can still be started and upon receipt of deposit and a clear day of weather, the wheels could be put on for a drive.
This setup was used once this summer at Mosport GP track after the build was completed. The car handled amazingly, drove without any issues and shocked quite a few M3 and 911 owners with its capability. With a non-Vtec, stock B18B1 (Integra/Non-LSD) under the hood, the car is certainly not overpowered but due to its stripped out interior and it being a light car generally speaking, this little Civic still pulls hard and handles the corners as if it were on rails. I call it a momentum car because although the upgraded disk brakes and cross drilled rotors stop this car in a hurry when needed, the improved handling and poise of the car allows you to carry your momentum through corners without much heavy braking required.
The car has no accidents and a clean CarProof which I can provide if requested. The vehicle itself has approx. 275,000kms and motor approx. 105,000kms. The repaint, motor swap and roll cage were completed by the previous owners. All other modifications were completed and installed professionally (invoices available) in March 2015.

This Civic is truly a blast to drive and looks stock enough and can be driven quietly enough on the street to not attract unwanted attention. The suspension is firmer due to the poly bushings but with a bit of extra attention to potholes, the car can still be driven on the street no problem as it is not too low. I have had no issues with law enforcement due to the harnesses or roll cage being installed. It is a perfect beginner driver track car as it wont be too much to handle and is set up well to learn vehicle dynamics, physics and car control before moving up to something more powerful and quicker.
