For sale is my trailer which I used to tow my Formula F2000 race car. As seen in the pictures, it's not the prettiest, but it works well.
I tow this trailer with my older Ford Escape XLT V6. I purposely built the top of the trailer as low as possible for the least frontal area, as well as to facilitate the storage of the trailer into small places.
- The electric brakes / bearings / lights / leaf springs / tires are all in great shape (I regularly inspect and maintain all of these items)
- There is a large front and back door, as well as 4x smaller side access doors. I built the 4x smaller side access doors to make it easy to install/remove the ratchet straps at the four wheels. All the doors swing upwards to open
- The flat panel at the front of the trailer is used to carry 1 set of wheels/tires
- With the car loaded, there is enough space inside to carry the front wing / tools / fuel jug / jump battery / 13x13 canopy etc....
- Outer dimensions are 18ft long x 7.4ft high x 5.8ft wide
- Internal dimensions are 14.2ft long x 5.5ft wide x 4ft high
- The tires are ST205-75-14 (trailer rated tires), there is also a spare included
- The ramps seen in the pictures are not included
- I am selling a 2000lb winch (with wireless control) separately
- I will be selling my tow vehicle soon but as long as I still have it, I can deliver the trailer (within a reasonable distance)
