Yes it is insurable as in you can buy insurance and put license plates on this car.
Lots of restoration and TLC done over time since I owned the car in late 2018.
This is for sale as a turnkey racing package.
Change the oil, check the brakes and it’s ready to go racing.

Big rear bumper muffler keeps it extremely quiet for what it is, and sounds good when cruising around. Can take off big muffler and swap on the provided tip on for track driving within 5 minutes
Poly U bushings all over, new from Jun 2020
Full car cut polished + ceramic coated Sept 2022
New rad installed + cleaned up engine bay Oct 2023
Repaint + Bunch of other quality improvements to interior Nov 2023
Already hooked up with hydro ebrake, if you are into drifting

Shakedown Run After Replacing Transmission, New Brakes, New Tires
After the transmission blow up 2 weeks ago, #777 is back in action
Spare transmission installed, testing Redline ShockProof Lightweight
Brand new AK01 tires, testing to see how these cheaper tires work
Front brakes replaced as old set was very worn down
StopTech Cryo rotors with Hawk DTC-60 pads
Also replaced fuel pump to address the lean out issue experienced last time
Shakedown run went pretty good, the car performs as expected

It was a very hard battle getting this car to do this time.

Bridgeport 13B NA engine 180HP (up top only, rotary has no torque down low)
stock suspensions setup on lowering springs
solid rear axle on 4 links watts links
zero alignment adjustments except for front toe
meaning no camber anywhere, it's just somewhat straight
205 50 15 tires
LSD is so old it doesn't work at all, basically an open diff
Stripped out but then add a 350lb roll cage
Still has a passenger seat
Still has all lights and body panels, it is streetable to and from track
I chased down a C7 Z06 and ZL1 Camaro duo in this session
Passing many other cars during the run
